I don't know what's right here. But first, it looks like Blue doesn't have enough checkers "in the zone" to attack successfully. Second, it looks like if Blue plays 24/13, White probably makes a point, then Blue doesn't have much of an advantage, Blue probably leave an indirect or two, etc. Not much happening. So I'd play 24/18 13/8, challenging while I have a board advantage, and adding a good builder to the 8 point.
