I had a theory going in, thanks to live discussions I've had with other players and the few times it has come up here on BGO, that nearly no one (esp. the stronger players who should) have any idea of the sort of adjustments they could be or should be making against weaker opponents esp. in regards to the cube. No answers on this thread so far I can only say throws support towards that theory.

There is also another small group among the elite players I believe may know at least to some extent how they should adjust OtB to these real life staggered elo situations, even when the strength difference is much closer (100-200 elo), but they simply don't. I call them the look good first, hope to win later group.
