extreme gammon problem

I had a computer problem recently.

I got a message on my screen saying my laptop battery had suffered a permanent failure with a link in the message to buy a new one at the Dell site.

There was also a red light flashing on the front of my laptop.

I pulled out the electric plug and the computer immediately went off.

I then removed the battery and plugged in the cord again and the computer came back on.

The permanent failure message no longer appears and the red light has stop flashing... problem solved!
