I see that I missed 6/3* 4/3 as a candidate in Problem 1. It duplicates 4's and could be correct, but I'll stick with 13/9.

I'm a little surprised that nobody else who's posted here seems to have picked 8/2 6/1* for Problem 2 or 13/11(2) 6/4(2) for Problem 10. Now I'm curious to see whether I'm an idiot or a genius...
