points here, points there --- it's such a good roll that it'd be hard to burger it up. you can have it your way --- make the 20, make the 22 & 11, or make the 9. personally, i go for at least making the 22, but making the 20 just lets you make plays with such impunity. msking the 9 seems so committal it'd be choice #3.
