Note that the loose hit has only one cover

I think that doesn't give a fair representation of what's going on. We never need to cover. If he fans, we cash. If he enters high then the blot isn't a threat. On top of that even if we did need to cover saying we have 'only one cover' is a gross misrepresentation. Assuming the cube was already turned, we hit and he fanned, we would have [65 55 54 53 52 51 32 41 33 43 61 63 64] that cover or 24/36 numbers. Of the remaining 12 numbers half of them would then be used to lift the blot to safety.
