This is a not so normal bear in against an ace point anchor game. The things that make it abnormal are your opp's board is already somewhat busted, that if you keep the bar point it will bust even further and very badly (esp. how 6s play), and the 5 men on the ace point. In your regular run of the mill position clearing the 7pt to the higher points would be the way to go. When you get to a position like this where holding on to the bar point will cause your opponent to crash further and there is very little risk involved it's best to keep him hemmed in for a turn.
