Arguments against 24/18 8/5

24/18 seeks to engage into a tactical exchange when (a) blue is outboarded and outzoned (b) significantly behind in the race, (c) leaves a triple that adds ferver to White's game plan and (d) activates White's 6pt Tower.

8/5 eases communication concerns between White's advanced 4pt anchor and her midpoint. Conversely, 8/5 compromises blue's own communication by swapping the 8pt for the 5pt in a position where the 8pt will be hugely influential in blue's long term plans.

24/18 8/5 attempts to do everthing now but could soon end up with nothing in less than a handful of rolls.
