Pass = 5a 12a = 16 Take/Win = 8a 7a = 44 Take/Lose = 3a 12a = 8 r/r+g = 8/8+28 = 8/36 = 22

So Brown's raw take point is 22%. In addition, there are gammon chances.

I'm going to say double because if white shakes a 4 or a 1 it looks like a market loser. And I'm going to say pass due to the gammon threat - I think there may be 22 GWC for brown, but the gammon threat with 11 checkers in the zone is significant.
