I think it's fairly safe to assume that the average PR difference between Mochy and him is AT LEAST 6 PR. I'd say it's even larger but let's assume it's no more than 6 PR.

Perhaps Mochy can answer if he did any adjustments during the match. I will just say that his advantage is CLEARLY LESS than what you suggested.
