OK, let's say 4 PR vs. 7 PR. In my example I used 0-0 to 11 so let's stick with that.

But I get the feeling, that you are saying pass at 7-away, 7-away and take at 17-away, 17-away, so maybe that would be a borderline case?

Would you consider it an easy pass with 200 ELO diff (PRs of 4 and 10) at any even score?
