Mislav, I find it boring to argue points that at end of the day are pointless to argue. He. Will not play better or worse no matter what you or I think about him. If you, of anyone else thinks my opinion is biased and he is really a 9pr player then the following bet should be good for you. I say that his average in nation cup will be 6.x or less. If you think I am wrong you can take a 1 to 1 bet.

7 games is far from being a representative sample of someone's average PR.
I am not claiming to be 100% correct about his PR but from what I've seen nothing indicates that he is a long-term 6.X player. If he is then there has to be an explanation for his low rating on GG. 4000 experience is a lot, can one be unlucky for such a long time? Maybe, but unlikely.
And yes, some other factors (that you and I might not be aware of) are also possible, such as him improving significantly over a last few months etc.
Anyway, I agree it's pointless to argue over something we can't really change or know for sure.
Even if he really is a 6.X player, I think my positions number 1 and 3 still call for an adjustment from a player of Mochy's caliber.
