MCG: 138 and 307 lbs (62.6 and 139.3 kgs)

If you both gain/loss the same amount of weight then you should both get to 100,95 kg which is an increase of 61,3 % increase for MCG and 27,5 decrease for falafel. I suppose that this will be more difficult for Matt than for falafel. For equal percentages you should both go to around 38% increase for MCG and 38% decrease for falafel which means they will meet at around 86,4 kg. Most probably , if you succeed, you will meet at around 90kg (this could also become a bet).

So it would be helpful to know your heights as well.

The most critical factor to take into account so as to derive to the "correct" odds is the total amount of money (=motivation) that will be finally bet. Given that this amount normally depends on the final odds this is an iterative process, difficult to "sovle".
