A friend of mine is around 168 cm (or even shorter) but was superbly healthy at around 93 kg. You would never have suspected he weighed so much, as his build, while muscular, didn't appear at all outsized. Of course he is a genetic freak who at the time was benching nearly 240 kg, and squatting 340 kg or more.

He is even more unusual than that sounds, because he could, despite being a powerlifter, crash diet and pose down as a body builder (at around 77 kg he had hardly any body fat at all). He could also break dance, and though he never had martial arts training, and was, as mentioned, quite short, could throw a roundhouse kick with perfect form over the top of a 180cm heavy bag.
