I'd take the anchor. I don't think hitting is the right idea here even though it does cut down on White's chances of covering his 4-point. You don't need a tempo hit in this position since White has so much cleaning up to do on his next shake. He's got 4 blots and will probably not be able to safety all of them. White would like to cover his 4-point, cover or lift his 8-point, and cover or escape the checker on the 22-point. The problem is that most of White's numbers just do one or two of these things leaving you with a direct shot at a blot on his side of the board and/or several PoH numbers on your 3-point.
