You're trying to become a serious student of this game and should be willing to expend a bit more computer time to be more sure what is correct and to better learn situations and reference pos and how to best evaluate the situation based on the ref pos. This means you should perform a long enough RO to try to determine what is correct.

Your RO is much too short and we can't be sure whether one or the other action is correct and possibly correct by as much as .02.

If it took 4 hours to arrive at this result, I'd understand why you stopped the RO, but here it took 4 minutes of computer time !!

I'd honestly extend this to 5184 games at least.
