In Response To: Why is my play of the ace such a huge blunder? (Daniel Murphy)

As so often, Daniel's analysis leaves the next posters in the position to point in his general direction and say 'what he said'.

The morale: don't split against a stronger board when there is little threat to improve the prime, and when there is attack material present. I think 13/10 is also better than splitting, but 13/11 6/5 works the strongest towards extending your prime.
