20/16 13/10 looks good. Makes the 16-pt which might do you some good, starts the useful 10-pt which could be a landing point, creates a builder for the 4-pt, and it'll cost White the 20-pt to hit. It looks like this does more for you than either 20/13 or 20/16 6/3.
