I'm wondering why peopole always do good in the quiz?

The obvious play is to make the 9 point, but if blue just tries to bear in and off safely he'll lose the race. The right idea seems to be to make white run off the anchor and try to close out both checkers.

Leaving the blot on the 9 allows white to escape with tempo should she roll 61, so I'm not liking that. I like the position of the blot on the 14 where it gets a direct shot at the runner should it escape (66 loses anyway, so no reason to play anti-joker) So my first choice is 9/4 5/3.

Playing off the 7 looks intriguing as it forces more shots, but I can't come up with a reasonable 5. 9/4 7/5? This allows three more jokers (55 and 65) but presents white with a lot more awkward rolls. Upon reflection, this looks good.

9/4 7/5 it is.
