Magriel's boldness indicators are all turned on so bar/21 13/11 looks natural to me. Bar/23 13/9 carries the same idea but we're not quite ready to attack so I'd rather go for the advanced anchor first with bar/21 13/11.

A different idea is bar/21 24/22 but I think this gives White too many good attacking rolls. When White has stacks like this and our board is still not very strong, I think it's generally better not to leave 3 blots in White's home board.

I don't see anything else I like. Bar/23 24/20 doesn't look better than bar/21 24/22. 6/4 doesn't look better than 13/11.
