With XG on roll, leading 79-91, all racing forumalas would have the position as double/pass (if XG had access to the cube). Because the 19pt is open, we have the option of leaving the blot on the 16pt, and I think we should. Next, is the question of the ace. The most natural play, in terms of building a closed board, might be 8/1. I prefer 6/5, however, because I think it gives a better racing distribution.
