Clock and camera

I would like to suggest a few more possible reasons for stopping the clock:
1) The opponent completely fails to shake his dice. (Perhaps you'd already warned him about this.) Let's say the roll is a perfecta, and you dispute it's validity.
2) The opponent rolls, but the dice leave the cup at quite different times. Made worse, of course, if the first die had already come to rest, and the second die hits it, or the second one was subsequently thrown into the left hand board, invalidating the first die (I have experienced this, but said nothing). You dispute the roll.
In these type of cases there is a moot point of whether we should have the right to let the roll stand or not - as in the generally prevailing rule for premature rolls. In both cases, you would be stopping the opponent's clock.
3) The opponent starts talking to us during our turn. We might have been doing a pip count and consequently lose track of it, or perhaps even a much more difficult process like working out a redoubling window. Should we have the right to stop the clock then? Perhaps even, to complete that turn with the clock stopped??
