Clock and camera

1) The opponent completely fails to shake his dice.
2) The opponent rolls, but the dice leave the cup at quite different times.
If opponent agrees the roll is not valid, then his clock should continue to run as he picks up the dice and rerolls. (The clocks should be stopped only if there is a dispute.)
3) The opponent starts talking to us during our turn. Should we have the right to stop the clock then?
In general, I think no.
If you are deep in concentration and your opponent talks to you, just hold up your hand to fend him off until you are done. If he has done this a few times during your match and you are bothered by it, complete your turn, stop both clocks and politely ask him not to talk during your turn because you are having trouble concentrating.
In an extreme case, where opponent continues to talk even after you have asked him not to and you really find it distracting, then stop the clocks, call the director, and explain the situation. (Even then, I don't think you should stop the clocks until you have completed your turn.)
