I think that the information you really need is available in this rollout. The fact that the two plays are very close and 7/5 wins around 3.5% more games and looses around 7.5 more gammons is more important than knowing which play is overall best by a tiny bit of equity. Even if you want to keep this position as a reference position, which i am not sure if it makes any big sense, you have all you need. Simply for such purposes consider the plays tied. When you come across a similar position in the future, it's differences with this position, will be far more important to consider than this 0.010 of equity.
