13/7* loses more gammons for sure. It wins more gammons but we scarcely care about that. Does it win more games? Probably, but it doesn't seem like it will win that many more games than sitting tight and playing a somewhat inferior mutual holding game. I'd pay later.

There's some question about what the ace should be. Often it's best to make the ace after slotting it so I'll try 6/1 2/1.
