Hello,

Yes you can safely uninstall XG1. The only thing you want to make sure when you uninstall is to uncheck all the boxes to keep all your profiles and games (you can click "Keep all").

The only things you may want to keep checked are "Board layout 3D objects' and "Remove registraion key" (as you already have activated version 2, it already haas been copied for that program).
