If it weren't for White's two extra checkers back this would certainly be a double because Blue's midpoint is ready to be cleared and he has filled in his bar point already.

Does the contact favor White? Let's see how many awkward rolls Blue has: 62 54 41 31 all blot immediately. 61 52 51 43 don't blot but force Blue to dump a blot onto his 1pt without really solving his problems. If White's 23pt blot were back on her 24pt then I think this would be a clear ND.

On the plus side, Blue does have some good attacking rolls that will win Blue more (cubeless) gammons than in a standard holding game. (Of course Blue can get gammoned too, but less often than White.) I'm guessing that that's enough to push this into doubling territory. D/T.
