Nothing looks too palatable here. Dumping another blot into our home board with 8/4 or 6/2 looks like the worst option. I prefer bar/18 to bar/22 24/20 because bar/22 24/20 gives White more double-hitting rolls. With a weak board and a race deficit, I think hanging back on the 24pt is more prudent. The last option is 13/9. This certainly has merits; it unstacks the heavy midpoint, and it keeps our rear checkers back (again, thematic when we're behind in the race). It does give White a double shot, but so does bar/18.

I'd probably play bar/18 but I won't be too surprised if 13/9 is better.
