This is very difficult. Materials are sticked together, if you use water and "pril" you can get bubbles. At least, i would ask a manufacturer of boards. Volker Wenzlaff, the man behind "Gammoner" put a Dresen board into pieces, to come behind its secrets. Perhaps he has ideas. I would mail him: wenzlaff@gammoner.de.
