Is the 5pt the 5pt???

I'll go with Mislav's "make the play that can't be wrong by much" aphorism and secure a valuable asset. I'm drawn to the wanton destruction embodied in the double hit but can't see many exchanges that might leave me feeling like the owning the 5 point was the second best outcome.
