Unstacking the midpoint, while reinforcing the bar point, accomplishes two desirable objectives. The problem is the 5. After playing 13/7, running out to the 16pt would be the most reasonable way to play a 5. That seems too risky to me.

So, lets get a builder into the outer board by playing 21/10, and hope to unstack the midpoint next turn.
