Very good post, Joe! I agree with the points you raise.

If players get into a discussion about whether the dice were dropped from the correct height or not, then who will have the responsibility of proving he is right? The guy who rolled a matchwinning joker or the opponent claiming it was an incorrect roll?

What do the proposed rule say about this situation?
