I probably would play B/21*/18 and let the dice decide what to do next. Ideally I'd like to see a few White checkers burned up front and another point broken, and when that has happened I might see whether a good trap play is available and necessary (keeping the prime may also destroy anchors). Destroying an anchor and a homeboard point should be the main goals for now.
