Looking on your candidates list, looking on the position, I see the blue army divided into three formations, which can be put together with the use of 13/9(2). This develops the stack. And suddenly I see a prime field, were a five prime can grow. And 1o men in the zone. Now we have to find other fours to deal with this discovery. To get the men out, it needs time. So why not deal with two game plans in this direction: prime the the enemies men or attack them. As longer my eyes last on the seed in the prime field, i don't want to get out the men out of it. Rebuilding the 8 point makes the five prime. So we have to find the move to draw the straight flush. A third four on 9 buys us aces and fives for a total of 24 draws and 11 men in the zone. Suddenly the fourth four is clear: hitting on 2 as a tempo move and taking away the direct shot on the slotted point. That opens the two game plans: blitzing and priming without committing to one or another.
13/9(3) 6/2* is my choice. But OtB having the patience to see the bunch of candidates and fiddle with them...
