We hardly lose a gammon, and if we roll a 6 on our first roll we will win a gammon in almost all variations (exceptions are if XGR rolls a 55, 66 or 65 on the first opportunity before we roll). Call that 28% wins and gammons for our side. If we don't roll a 6 on the first roll but on the second roll, we win maybe half of these variations with fewer gammons. Call it 10% wins (prorated because 11/36 are already accounted for) and 5% gammons. I guess the total will be more than 40% wins and more than 30% gammons for us. So:
