Rollout of Trice position

In Response To: Rollout of Trice position (Timothy Chow)

Can anyone explain why 3(2) is .034 worse than 4,2 ? 4,2 wins .059 more, but wins .115 fewer gammons. This would seem to make 4,2 just .003 better, not .034 better.
