Let’s start by hitting on the 13pt, and then consider whether to continue on. Moving to the 12pt would leave us vulnerarble to a roll of 66. On the other hand, it would also put us in a position to pick and pass were XG to enter on the 6pt. I think it is worth the risk. Keeping XG up on the roof will allow us to win more gammons. In addition, if XG enters, and we cannot hit, being a bit closer to home will let us avoid a few freak fly shots later on.
