In Response To: Play 32 at DMP (John O'Hagan)

9/4 looks like the natural play. Both 21/16 and 21/18 20/18 look like the wrong idea when we're behind in the race and trying to maximize contact. The other candidate I see is 7/4 5/3, trying to build a five-point board as quickly as possible and figuring that Black will probably not leave a shot this turn.

OTB I'd probably play 9/4 but I can believe that 7/4 5/3 may be better.
