Why is 13/6 a little worse?
The scenario you are describing, shows the merits of keeping the anchor ,not why it is a bit worse(at DMP).
By keeping the anchor, not only 51 but also 42, will give us 3 blots to shoot at.
The same merits apply also to the "play on" position.
