4's and 5's for 32 covering numbers?
There are 15 4s (all 4s, 11, 13, 22) and 15 5s (all 5s, 14, 23). Adding 15 + 15 is 30. A couple are duped (54, 14), for a total of 26.
Alternatively: You miss covering with 3's, 1's, and 6's. 31 is a 4, so it's okay. 33 can be played by making the deuce, but making the deuce isn't as good as making the bar. How are you going to play 63, 62, 61, or 21?
