Why try anything else if you already have XG? All others have proven to be inferior by independent studies, and you are not going to pay for Snowie anyway after the trial, so why waste your time learning how to use it? You could be using that same time to practice and learn on XG and learn how to use XG better?

It's like someone who owns a Mercedes and is going to drive a Chevy for 2 weeks because it's free.

What you will find if you try Snowie is that it really is pretty good, but just slower and not as accurate as XG. As for support, I think everyone here will tell you that the support you get from Xavier is amazing...he personally answers every email and question and gives definitive help and advice, and if you really have a problem he works hard to solve it. Because I am highly prejudiced toward XG I will not tell you what my support experience has been with Snowie over the years, but I am sure others here can and will tell you if they disagree with what I have told you about XG's support, and I will leave it to others if they want to tell you their experiences with Snowie support in the past. Most of us have little current knowledge of their support as most of us stopped using Snowie the day we got XG.
