The ratio of extra wins/extra gammons should be at least half, not close to half since oppt owns the cube. I think the slotting play meets this higher standard as well. It's also more accurate to refer to the position after slotting as a "do or die" position since so much is riding on the next pair of rolls. 2/3 of the time it will either go "no 5 and cover" or "5 and fan." The cube won't due the oppt much good in the former and he will have lost his market by a lot in the latter (might even be TG).
