I highly doubt Snowie still runs support. There is no reason you shouldn't try it though. The interface is fairly straightforward. I think there may be a feature or two that Snowie has that neither of the other bots do and it is certainly strong enough just outdated and super slow. I don't know why people are recommending you don't try it, what harm can come from it? Personally, I'm very happy to having used all the bots over the years. Even though I basically started with Snowie and GNU I still went back and played around with Jellyfish.
