I do not have your personal experience, so I cannot judge your side, but I know that the casual player does not focus on most achievements. Usually an achievement will come as the player plays the game and then dissapear. If a player cares too much for a specific achievement then he usually is not a casual player. Moreover usually those achievements hide a particular type of fun/mastery behind them and are hard to achieve at the same time. In other words only if you made an achievement based on luck that was hard to complete then the casual player was passionate with achievements and he cared to think himself as lucky or unlucky, could he perceive the dices are biased. So while the chance of this happening is small from the beginning, you could eliminate it by making the lucky achievements easy.
