I do not have your personal experience, so I cannot judge your side, but I know that the casual player does not focus on most achievements. Usually a player will notice an achievement for 1 second as he plays the game and then he will not bother with it anymore. Also if a player cares too much for a specific achievement then he usually is not a casual player. In the rare case that a player will get stuck trying to accomplish an achievement, that achievement would hide a particular type of fun/mastery behind it and would be hard to achieve at the same time. In other words only if you made an achievement based on luck that was hard to complete and the casual player was passionate with achievements and he cared to think himself as lucky or unlucky, could he perceive the dices as biased. So while the chance of this happening is small, you could eliminate it completely by making the lucky achievements easy.
