I would say any room with a rating and/or real money play. Anything else it shouldn't matter. I not only believe that a social players real identity not be known, but they not have to provide any personal information that would identify them even to the site admins (besides maybe an email address for account verification). I know many privacy conscious people with that concern, most notably one SHGer people know as "NS". NS refused to join GridGammon for a long time (despite the fact he wanted to) just because he didn't want to give any real information to them. His feeling was shared by many. All he wanted to do was go and watch his friends play scheduled matches for some web based tournaments.

As an addendum I think anonymous users should be allowed to watch matches in any room. It should only be a concern if they actually want to sit and play.
