As Stick says, this isn't terribly important in the overall scheme of things. The equities at stake are rather small unless the opening is 31 and the response really bad. If you trust GNU 4 ply here, you won't likely give much up in the rare cases where it matters.

Here's an example of 42/63 and I do think it is slightly TG and if I recall, my rollout a few years ago showed that.
