Here's another question. When you say that the other part of the move must be a forced move, an entry from the bar, or a down play, what about situations where there may be several legal moves but only one move hits? For instance, we can write 32Z-21H, right? Strictly speaking, no part of the move is "forced," but there's only one move that hits, so it's forced in some vague sense, given that you are looking for a hitting move.
