32U-64 rollout

I have this rollout.
32U-64 [P h2.8] "<31
H (Hit 13-7, 8-4*) and X (Hit and Split 24-18, 8-4*) didn't look strong enough to include in the RO. X makes no sense at all since opener has made no offensive threat and has no good sixes next turn. H might be relatively close. But, I don't think it is a serious candidate. Hitting from the eight point on the second move isn't likely to be best if there's another reasonable option. Keep the spare on the eight if you can.
Apparently it is a close choice between making the point you don't want and making the tempo hit you don't need.
I like opening with 32U when trailing at P2a. It is very close to best and most players aren't able to apply logic to eliminate moderately weak moves OTB.
