We've seen a few posts recently demonstrating the dangers of splitting against 10 chequers, so I'll leave the rear chaps alone.

13/8 redistributes our builders more effectively, and 13/9 6/5 risks more to gain instant rewards. At this early stage of the game I'm inclined to take the risk, so it's 13/9 6/5 by me.
